The bamboo board for chopping is ideal to prepare meat, vegetables and fruits and to cut bread, buns or baguettes.
The board for chopping has a practical groove for draining juices so that excess juices do not contaminate the rest of the working surface. In addition, the board is provided with a practical edge that secures it on the worktop.
Bamboo is particularly hard, robust, durable and, yet, gentle with the knives blades. Moreover, this bamboo comes from FSC certified forests. Bamboo also offers the advantage that it can be cleaned easily, is resistant to moisture and very rarely deforms.
