Fun, practical and easy to use – simply coat the inside of the egg poacher with cooking spray or olive oil. Crack one egg into the poacher, being careful not to break the yolk. For best results, use the freshest egg possible. Bring 2-3cm of water to the boil in a small pan with a tight fitting lid. Gently float the egg poacher in the boiling water. Reduce the heat to medium. Place the lid on the pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on how firm you like your egg. Remove poacher from the water. Run a spoon around the inside of the poacher, then pop out your perfectly poached egg. Also great for jellies, ice creams and individual desserts.
