The Stainless Steel Wine/Champagne Sealer preserves the flavour of champagne, sparkling and still wine until the bottle is re-opened. Place the sealer on top of the open bottle, hold in place with downward pressure and twist the top handle until a firm seal is created. Store bottle in an upright position.
